Our mail server started to see receving and sending issue after an update on 1-21-2012 around 7:45pm. Our backup mail server has held all emails until the issue was resolved. -Update - mail should resume normally.

Our engineers are working on routing issues that has started around 4:00pm EST 1-13-2012. The routing issue has caused sporatic drop in traffic for websites. Update - The issued was resolved around 8:00pm EST.

For the clients who had a credit card stored in the old billing system for automatic billing, please login to the client interface and to add your new credit card information. For security reason, we can not migrate the infomation as it was encrypted. Your new information will be encypted as well. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
