In addition, please do the following for Outlook or Outlook
Express if you are using these email software to send and
receive mail.
Outlook and Outlook Express:
In Outlook (with Exchange service),
- Click on Tools, Services
- Click Properties on your internet mail account
- Click on the Servers Tab
- Near the bottom, check "My servers requires
authentication"
- Click OK
- Restart Outlook
In Outlook (internet mail only) and
Outlook Express
- Click on Tools, Accounts
- Highlight your internet mail service
- Click on Mail Tab
- Select the Account that needs to be modified
- Click on Properties on the right side
- Click on the Servers Tab
- Near the bottom, check "My servers requires
authentication"
- Click OK
- Restart Outlook
Logging On to
PowerMail
- You can log into
iPlanetMail using any of the logons here at EverPlanet or you can
logon using any web browser with the following URL: http://www.iplanetmail.com
or http://mail.yourdomain.com
